VIPASSANA MEDITATION

In many ways, we may waste so much time in a day. Can't we spend some time to make our life better? As far I know Meditation is one path to make our life better. It is the way to know ourselves deeply and to live a holy life.

Vipassana Meditation was discovered and practised by Buddha. Vipassana means to see things as they really are, and not just as they appeared to be. In the Brahmajala Sutta he states how he practised this to achieve enlightenment:

"Having experienced as they really are the arising of sensations, their passing away, the relishing of them, the danger in them, and the release from them, the Enlightened One, O monks, has become detached and liberated".

Practising Vipassana, he penetrated the veils of ignorance, delusion, and illusion. He discovered the law of dependent origination, the chain of cause and effect conditioning the universe.

My observation:
One good thing I experienced when I went to Bodh Gaya, Patna is Vipassana meditation. I was sitting there in the meditation hall for half an hour. And followed their delivery on Vipassana Meditation. Even though I didn't get that fully(because it was taught in Hindi), I liked their way of teaching Meditation and felt positiveness. Vipassana Meditation centres are founded all over the world and in the major cities of India. And they are also giving 10 days free course on Vipassana Meditation. You can offer whatever amount you want if you feel that was useful to your life.
